I know it's a long way to drive, but if you want to see members of some of the best bands in classic hard rock, make your way to Mugsy McGuires in Carbondale next Thursday or Hillbillyz in Ellsinore on Oct. 21.

Local hard rockers Drivin Rain will open both days for the Hollywood Allstarz, a group made of members from bands like Quiet Riot, Dio and post-Ozzie Black Sabbath.
